Harassment, bullying, discrimination, threats, intimidation, and the use of hateful or abusive speech, along with placing fraudulent orders, manipulating reviews, abusive order cancellation, and skipping payment for accepted orders, are unacceptable.

Misusing the platform in any way, including exploitation of system loopholes, unauthorized access to others' accounts, identity fraud, and abuse of another user's personal data constitutes a major offense.

Delivery people must perform their responsibilities with due diligence, and any customer data, including addresses and contact information, must be used strictly to execute delivery and should never be divulged or used for personal reasons.

Depending on the severity of the violation, OrderAppAI may issue written warnings, restrict access to certain features, suspend accounts, permanently terminate access, and/or report unlawful behavior to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable U.S. federal and Massachusetts state laws.

Trust and safety will be critical for our community and the success of OrderAppAI. All users are required to respect these values.
